"This place is not great. I don’t recommend coming to this location. When we first walked in we were looked at weird and not greeted. We liked the quotes we got, when we decided we were ready to change the system was down and we were told the lady was gonna email us the next day. She said she would email us in the morning, didn’t get an email at all until I emailed and still no response until the following day. She didn’t seem to care at all and was VERY HOSTILE. So we went to a DIFFERENT LOCATION and we got treated super differently and way better."

"I left my State Farm representative who works out of Ashburn because he and his staff were incompetent. I switched to Mary Hitchcock a little over a year ago, and she is a genuinely caring person. She went over all our policies and found out the representative in Ashburn had valued our house well above its actual value. She was able to save me $400 on my policy. My advice to anyone using the representative in Ashburn is that you may want switch to Mary as your rep."

But the service, care and customer attention I've not found anywhere else. You may be able to find cheaper coverage somewhere else, but is cheaper always best? You decide for your self but I'd give Mary Hitchcock a try first."
